CPHD, short for Community Partnership for Health and Development, was registered in 2000 under the Companies Act 1963, Act179, as a non-governmental organization. It was re-registered in August 2021 under the Companies Act 2019, Act 992, in compliance with new policy directives of the Registrar General.
