Services

We train individuals and groups to identify challenges in their environment that can be solved to create business opportunities. Our training utilizes leaner centered and adult training methodologies to enable participants come out with their own solutions to pressing challenges that are transformed into innovative and scalable business ideas. Trainees are then taken through design thinking process to refine their ideas and turn them into product and services.

Our trainings are based on the Empowered Entrepreneur Training Programme and Self-Empowerment and Equity for Change (EET/SEE Change) Initiative developed by the John Hopson University and Bloomberg School for Public Health. The objective of the EET/SEE approach is to help participants challenge their assumptions about life, business and career, offer them the opportunity to explore new ideas and ways of doing and thinking about issues facing them and been creative about finding solutions to the problems they encounter.

We however, develop specialized curriculum for our trainings that are design to meet the goals and objectives of specific clients.

We support our trainees to register and formalize their businesses and provide them with coaching, mentoring and compliances services. We are particularly focused on the Green and Circular Economy including Climate Action Strategies.

Our sectors are Agriculture, Aquaculture, Renewable Energy, Water, Sanitation & Hygiene Services.

We are open to render our Training Services, Business Development, Taxation and other Compliances to Individuals, Institutions and Development Agencies who are desirous to see improve in the economic livelihoods of the youth, women, groups and associations.
