Albert is responsible for the Management of the technical and financial components of Program implementation. Provide technical support for program management of and on the field and at various locations and ensure compliance with donor rules and regulations. He holds a Master of Science Degree in International Accounting & Finance awarded Bucks New University (UK) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana).

Albert has over 14 years’ experience in implementing development intervention programs with the Water Resources Commission, Water Directorate, Ministry of Water & Sanitation, the Ministry of Trade & Industry and SkyFox Ltd.
