Louisa Wosey-Kumah holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Information Systems and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) in Ghana. Her twelve years (12) work experienced has mainly been with donor Funded Projects by partners such as UNICEF, DANIDA/DFID, EU, CIDA and the Government of the Kingdom of Netherlands with general administration, and project management.

She has work experience with the public and private sectors, NGOs in both Ghana and Internationally (SIMAVI). Her professional capabilities are in the fields of Human Resource Management, Office Protocols and Procedures, Report Writing and Proposal Writing, Project Management, Contract Management, Procurement & Logistics Management as well as Event Management.

She was the Administrator for the Water Directorate of the Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing that hosted the PMMS/DANIDA/DFID Project, and the CIDA NORST and EU Projects. She also supervised the administration office of the Joint Monitoring and Management Support Program funded by UNICEF.
