Stephen hold Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with Linguistics obtained from University of Ghana. He is an experienced Community Development Professional having worked with Daasgift Quality Foundation – FNGO for the past five 5 years.

He has trained 100 Women in Esiama, Ankobra and Asanta (Ellembelle District) in Financial Literacy under the IFC/World Bank “Ghana Local Economic Development Program” for Women in Western Region. He also Trained 200 Women in Shama, Axim, Ankobra in Leadership, Advocacy and Healthy Fish Handling under the StarGhana, UKaid and European Union “Gender Equality in Fisheries Management and Decision Making” (GEFMaD) project.

He in addition trained 300 women in Shama, Axim and Ankobra in Business Development and Financial Literacy, Healthy Fish Handling and Packaging under the USAID funded “Sustainable Fisheries Management Project” (SFMP).

His recent deliverable includes the training of 300 persons with under the EU sponsored Boosting Green Employment and Enterprise Opportunities in Ghana (GrEEn) implemented by SNV Ghana.
